School Portraits are June 11th!

Hi Horshna Families!

My name is Nicole and I am your photographer for school portraits this year, as well as a fellow Horshna parent. I believe school portraits should be fun and laid back, so I don't put pressure on kids to stay still in stiff poses or force them to smile for my camera. I find joy in capturing children just as they are!

Here are some tips to help you make the most of photo day:

Make sure your child knows they will be having their portrait taken at school, but ensure them it will be quick and fun!

For the best results, make sure your child is wearing something comfortable. Keep in mind that the photo will be taken from around the chest up. When choosing their outfit, keep in mind that the backdrop is the forest!

I do not recommend dressing children in bright/neon colors for their photo, but I'll leave it up to you!

Keep their hair styles simple. Definitely do something cute if you'd like, but I would avoid lots of clips or anything that can easily fall off or be pulled out. We want the focus of the portrait to be the child!

To assure your child is in the best spirits possible, try to have them well fed and rested before you send them to school :)

أنا نيكول، المصوّرة المسؤولة عن الصور المدرسية هذا العام، وأيضًا واحدة من أهالي حرشنا.

بآمن أن الصور المدرسية لازم تكون ممتعة ومريحة للأطفال، من هيك ما بطلب منهم أن يبقوا ثابتين في وضعيات رسمية أو أن يبتسموا للكاميرا غصبًا عنهم. أكثر شيء بحبه هو أن ألتقط الأطفال مثل ما هني، بعفويتهم وشخصيتهم الحقيقية.

إليكم بعض النصائح لمساعدتكم في يوم التصوير:

• خبروا طفلكم مسبقًا أنه رح يكون في تصوير في المدرسة، وطمنوه أن رح يكون سريع وممتع.

• للحصول على أفضل نتيجة، يُفضّل أن يلبس طفلكم ملابس مريحة. تذكّروا أن الصورة رح تبين من الصدر وطالع. ولما تختاروا الثياب، خلوا ببالكن أن خلفية الصورة رح تكون الغابة.

• ما بنصح عادةً بالألوان الفاقعة كتير أو الفلورية (النيون)، بس الخيار بيبقى لالكم.

• خلوا تسريحة شعرهم بسيطة. فيكن اكيد تختاروا تسريحة مهضومة إذا حبيتوا، بس يُفضّل تجنّب كثرة الكليبسات أو الإكسسوارات يلي ممكن توقع بسهولة أو يخلعها الطفل خلال النهار. بدنا يكون التركيز في الصورة على الطفل نفسه.

• حتى يكون طفلكم بأفضل مزاج ممكن يوم التصوير، حاولوا أن يكون اكل منيح ومرتاح قبل ما يجي عالمدرسة.

• إذا حبيتوا، فيكن أن تفرجوا أطفالكم صورتي قبل يوم التصوير حتى يرتاحوا الي شوي. فيكن تنزلوا إلى كعب هيدي الصفحة لتشوفوا صورتي (أو قلولن أنا ماما رومان)!
